SIGNIFICANT CALLS FOR SERVICE/INCIDENTS:

130710-1754-07 Domestic Disturbance 104 Central Ave The victim stated her ex-husband called her cellular phone to speak with their daughter.After he talked with the daughter he requested to speak with the victim which ended inan argument between them and the victim reported she hung up the phone. The victimstated he called her phone several times after the incident and left angry messages.Officers took a report for violation of a protective order against the male subject.

130710-1831-04 Vandalism 11720 Verhoeff Drive The complainant advised someone spray painted profanity on the dugout wall of field #4and the bridge.

130710-1834-00 Domestic Disturbance 114 Steuben DriveHusband and wife reported the other one assaulted them. Officers did not observed anysigns of assault on either party.

130710-1933-01 Communicating Threats 10025 Rose Brook Lane The victim reported his uncle threatened him through text messages because he failedto pay him back.

130710-2055-01 Trespassing 1101 McCoy Road The complainant advised a male was on the property throwing items over a fence and

yelling that he was an alien. Mr. J ames Glinski (W/M; DOB04/19/1985) was arrestedafter he fled on foot from Officers. He was arrested for First Degree Trespassing andResist, Obstruct, and Delaying Officers by citation as he was transported by medic for amedical condition unrelated to this incident.

130710-2203-03 Domestic Disturba nce 12226 Cane Branch Way The complainant advised her boyfriend had taken their daughter and left the residenceafter an argument. Upon further investigation Officers found the juvenile was sleeping inher crib at the residence. The female reported her boyfriend assaulted her howeverOfficers did not observe any signs of assault. The male party called police as well andrequested a welfare check on their infant daughter. The male subject stated his

girlfriend was intoxicated and became verbally abusive so he left the residence with hisolder two children.

130711-0154-00 Involuntary Commitment 10030 Gilead RoadOfficers transported a female from Presbyterian Huntersville to Presbyterian Main on aninvoluntary commitment order.

130711-0403-03 Involuntary Commitment 10030 Gilead RoadOfficers received a second request to transport a female from Presbyterian Huntersvilleto Presbyterian Main on an involuntary commitment order.
