1. THINK FIRST! 2. Pre- Write your response! 3. Intelligence, not Ignorance! 4. Refrain from words like; “Ain’t , gonna, ya’s, ya’lls” and profanity 5. Gather DATA to further the impact of
your comment, such as: 6. Its direct impact on you, your company,
your income, ability to perform the function of your job, or complete assigned tasks!
Write out your response ahead of time and copy and paste it to the comment box.
Read it over and over, make sure it is what you want to say, and use spell check twice!
