Let's face it, being overweight is no fun for anyone. It is impossible to feel confident about

yourself when lugging around extra pounds of fat. No one ever says " hey look at that sexy thing

with those love handles". For some, losing weight is easy but for other people, eating a

reasonable diet and doing an exercise program just doesn't seem to do the trick.

We all know that person can seemingly stuff their face with whatever they want without ever

What To Eat

What you eat is not as important as how you eat. They people that can eat whatever they want

and not gain a pound can do so because they have a high metabolism which prevents the body

from storing fat.

Make sure that you eat breakfast every single morning. A bowl of high fiber cereal

with some lowfat milk will do the trick.

Drink and eight ounce glass of grapefruit juice every day sometime in the morning.

(this speeds up the metabolism).

Skip the fried foods - this should be common sense

Eat things like grilled chicken vegatables, salads etc.... Stay away from high carb

foods like processed breads and white rice

Instead of eating three large meals a day, eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day.

This keeps the body working and signigicantly raises the metabolism

Do not eat anything past 9pm at night. Anything that you eat past 9pm generally

gets stored in the body as fat.

This stuff is not rocket science. Use your head a little bit. Stop eating when you are full.

Breaking down your meals into 5-6 smaller meals per day will not only raise your metabolism

but will also shrink you stomach size so you will be full by eating less food. Please stay away

from junk foods like potato chips. Also, drinking beer and non-diet soda will convert into sugar

in the body instantly preventing your weight loss.
