The construction of the houses should be done by the
beneficiaries themselves from the very beginning. It is
mandatory for the beneficiaries to contribute family labour.
This will help to ensure seasonal employment.
The beneficiaries will have complete freedom as to the
manner of construction of the house which is their own.
This will result in economy in cost, ensure )uality of
construction, lead to satisfaction on the part of
beneficiaries and acceptance of the house.
