What is history?The study of the past, with special attention to the written record of the activities of human beings over time.

People who write about history are called historians.

History uses a narrative to examine and analyze the sequence of events, and it often attempts to investigate objectively the patterns of cause and effect that determine events.

Different events are recorded in history, from great humanity achievements to special moments in a family’s life.

Since historians are observers and participants, the works they produce are written from the perspective of their own time and sometimes with concern for possible lessons for the own future.

History is then affected by the historian own understanding of the event.
