What is the Hindu religion?
Hindu is a religion that has been around for thousands of years, and it comes from India.
What do Hindu’s believe?
• Hindu’s believe very strongly in Reincarnation.
• Hindu’s believe in God (Brahman) but God has over 330 million different forms.
Where do Hindu Pilgrims travel to?
• Pilgrimages for Hindu’s usually end up in India. There are many important sites in the beautiful area around the Himalayan mountains in North India.
These places are:• Badrinath • Kedarnath • Yamunotri • Gangotri
These four places are
visited every year by
thousands of Pilgrims

• To clean themselves of sin and bad things.
• To get closer to Brahman (their god).
