Group ActivityO As you watch the video, pay attention to

the patient incidents presented. O After video, we will break up into 4 groups.O Each group will have 10 minutes to:

O Discuss incident presentedO Identify problem in the system that allowed

incident to occurO Develop plan to correct identified problem

in order to prevent future reoccurrence of incident.

O Each Group will present problem and possible solution as determined by the group.
