shalom!Welcome to Israel! During our journey together, we will learn about an unusually diverse and dynamic land in the midst of one of the world’s most ancient regions. We will explore the development of Israel’s art, culture, and cuisine, as well as meet people from the many different ethnic and religious communities that coexist here—not always comfortably, but striving to understand each other better. The art scene in Israel is very different today than it was at the founding at the state . . . in fact; Israeli society itself is very different. We will examine those changes and discover the diversity of Israeli Art.
