Harris Academy Purley Rewards
Autumn Term 2015
Rationale• Giving praise and some kind of reward for doing
well has always been an integral part of the teaching process. A new system of “Harris Enterprise Points (PEPs)” are to be awarded.
• This means that teachers can award points on CMIS and the customised pages belonging to students are immediately adjusted. In return, students are able to earn tangible rewards which may be in the form of vouchers, exclusive outings, special privileges such as skipping the queue at lunchtime or breakfast with the Principal.
What are PEPs?
• These are Purley Enterprise Points and have replaced the Rewards points last year.
• They are linked to Enterprise Skills and reward students for exceptional performance around the Academy
