May I inform your good office that in lieu of the anomalies in the operations of our company, I have immediately fired the Operations Manager involved in the anomaly. From this day forward, I will personally managed and act as Operations Manager. All communications , and any type of arrangements and negotiations should be solely address to me.

After a thorough investigation of the matter, I have no other recourse but

to move on , solicit possible legal remedies against erring personnel and submit a recovery/rehabilitation program which I believe is a win-win solution .This recovery/rehabilitation program will also allow me to pay all back accounts with your company:

1. The rehabilitation program will be implemented for 36 months starting July

2015. This will give me enough time to re establish my self and my dealership in

my territory.2. All business/purchase from your company will be ON CASH BASIS only

with a minimum purchase of one truck per week.

3. Hire additional agents for Carigara and Babatngon to improve sale.

4. As a sign of goodwill , I have deposited my remaining resources of one million pesos (P1,000,000.00) to the GSM account as partial payment of my outstanding balance I truly treasure and value my relationship with GSM and would hope and pray that this rehabilitation proposal would be approved by your good office.Sincerely yours,
