Dear Mr. Gardner:
Per your request NEL Laboratories has reviewed the volatile results for your project ApexLandfill Project, NEL ID #LOI03240. The chromatogram for the seven water samples under thereferenced project number were examined for peaks that were not identified on NEL's common8260 volatile organics list but are reportable on the EPA Appendix I list. We specificallyexamined the above mentioned samples for the presence of trans-I,4-Dichloro-2-butene, andAcrylonitrile. A mass spectral library search of the unidentified peaks indicated that no trans-l,4-Dichloro-2-butene nor Acrylonitnle was present any of the samples.
If you have any additional questions, or if I can be of additional assistance please feel free to call.
Sincerely,For NEL Laboratories
