Grilled Shrimp with Spicy Garlic Sauce Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS
4 oz green onions
1 lb Harbor Banks® tiger shrimp
3 c egg noodle spatzle
4 oz Monarch® garlic sauce
3 t ground nutmeg
1 c margarine
PREPARATION Defrost the spatzle. In a sauté pan sauté the spatzle with half the liquid butter. Add in the nutmeg and hold the spatzle hot. In a sauté pan sauté the shrimp in the remaining liquid butter. Cook for 8 minutes. Add in garlic sauce when shrimp is cooked. For presentation place the spatzle around the side of the plate and place the shrimp in the middle.
