Back up date in case the weather
did not allow us to have this
event.
Staff members along the trail
along with arrows so runners
would not get lost.
Make sure the trail is safe with no
holes so runners do not get hurt.
Waiver forms for the runners
Campus safety at the event
Actual event:
Weather was nice enough to let us hold the event.
Staff members were along the trails but were not there along the entire way, and arrows were written in chalk.
We went along the trail prior to the event and made sure the trail was safe.
We ended up not needing waiver forms for the runners.
We made campus safety aware of the event but they were not at our actual event.

Surveys of the participants
Evaluation between members
Actual event:
We ended up emailing
some participants that
came to our event and
asked the following
questions:
How did you think the
event went? What was
your favorite part about
the event?
Any suggestions that
could make this event
better?
“Favorite part was the atmosphere with the music and everyone's
energy”
“Also, the music made the event fun! Maybe next time have food:))”
“A way to possibly make it better would be to incorporate t shirts or
something then people wouldn't have to worry about getting paint and
what not on clothes they didn’t want to get paint on. ”
“The event was pretty fun. I liked being able to jam out and be with my
friends. My favorite part was obviously getting painted.”
“I think this was a great, new, unique idea for an event on campus. The
neon theme was cool, and the run itself was a lot of fun.”
“The two paint stations throughout the course were a little disappointing
because we were expecting to get splattered with paint, and that was
not the case.”
