Updating your officers on the GINsystem external website does not exclude you from updating your officer through Key Reports.

It is important to keep your Contact Our Chapter and Contact Our Association pages up to date. If you do not feel comfortable providing a name and phone number, you can always
create a chapter or association email address

Collegiate chapters will add their Recruitment information under the “Join Kappa” navigation. Additional pages about recruitment are encouraged
Associations should add their information on how to join under the “Why Join” navigation.
Step 11: Add content
Kappa has provided chapters and associations with suggested content that can be downloaded from Step 11 on the website training page
Locked and Partially locked pages
Chapters and associations cannot add content to Locked pages. This content is defaulted by Kappa Headquarters. The content you add on partially locked pages will show below
the content provided by Kappa.
WYSIWYG Editor
WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors are user friendly content editors that require no website coding or HTML knowledge. Any text, photos, videos, or
links added here, will show up exactly that way on the front end of your websites.
You can use the live preview button to see all of the changes you make as you go!
Step 12: Add pages
A normal page is the page with your user friendly
WYSIWYG editor. A bio page is a page set up like the
Officers page.
