Well Done Lilly Seagrott
Lilly qualified for the PSSA State Carnival at
Hombush Bay, Sydney for her 50m freestyle with
a personal best time.
Congratulations to Soccer Stars
Liam Pearce, Tully Arnold, Indie Robinson-Farago
and Dayne Borthwick tried out for Zone PSSA
Soccer. Both Tully and Dayne made it through to
the Regional Trials at Inverell on 21st March.

SRC News
Thank you to Mel Robinson-Farago for donating a
beautiful knitted scarf and beanie to be raffled for
the SRC. Tickets have been sent out and this will
be drawn Friday 18th March.
Team Colours day will be Friday 8th April - cost is
a gold coin.
Crazy Hair day raised $70.00.
All funds raised throughout the year will go to the
SRC end of year excursion.
P & C News Easter Raffle— Please send in your donation of Easter Eggs from each family to support this important P & C annual fundraising event. Next P & C meeting Tuesday 5th April, 2016. Easter Hat Parade This year the parade will be Wednesday 23rd March, starting at 11.15am and running until around 12.15. Students are encouraged to get started on making their creative Easter Hats in preparation for this fun event. Harmony Day Last year students from Tingha Public School travelled to Gilgai for a joint celebration of Harmony Day. This year Tingha Public School have invited Gilgai P.S. students to join them at their school on Thursday 24th March to continue the celebrations and recognize that while we are each different and unique we can all work together. Year 6 to Year 7 All students from Year 6 have been given a form which must be filled out by the students parents and returned to school ASAP. The form is to indicate which High School your child will attend next year.

Bunnings Family Night Thursday 17th March 6pm to 8pm - free sausage sizzle Inverell Junior Rugby is calling for interested boys and girls to attend our first training run at Rugby Park in Ross Street, Inverell on Thursday 17th March between 5pm and 6pm and every Thursday at the same time throughout the season.
Inverell Junior Rugby offers great value for money with current registration fees of $85 for U8's to U14's. $40 for U6's. The kids will get about $65 dollars worth of gear in their sign on package. (Discounts are available for multiple children from the same family)
The club has an ethos of fun (for all the family) and inclusion (no matter what your background/skill level). Central North Junior Rugby is carnival based meaning roughly every second Sunday we attend a carnival where the kids play between 3 to 4 games.
Registration are online however the easiest thing to do is to turn up to training and we will sort you out.
