Assembly Instructions: 1.) Place padding on pegboard, cover with spandex 2.) Wrap spandex around to backside of pegboard 3.) Secure spandex to pegboard with staples or rivets. 4.) After applying velcro hook, staple in place for added strength 5.) Apply Velcro loop to the hook and do not remove backing from the loop.
