We’ve decided to Change. But what is Change?
The cost of not changing….
We’ve learned good lessons about change
• Committed leadership
• Transparent effective processes
• Separate and respect political/operational roles
• Reciprocal Accountability and Sustainability
• Understand the process, like the process and trust the process
• Collaborate, build on economies of scale, and act collectively in interests of BC First Nations
• Be flexible to take advantage of the opportunity
