Ellen Wiebe Madam President Lake County 4273 Auxiliary
February has arrived. We need to make an adjustment for our meetings this month due to the Eagles Cruise which leaves on the 2/22/20 . Our first meeting will be on the 2nd Wednesday (2/12/20) of the month and the 2nd meeting will be on (2/19/20) the 3rd Wednesday, since many of our officers and members will be away on vacation. Our yearly dues will be coming up soon so be ready to take care of it. The Aerie is given a timeline to get that done. You may go online and print that application. Please help our secretaries as it is one of the most im-portant part of their job. If you do not have an E-mail address please pick up our newsletter at the front door. If you get the E-mail thank you. As you find yourself in the deep winter here in Lake County, let's give thanks to the glory, and beauty we live in.Central Florida which gives us the ability to travel to either coast within an hour if we choose. The City of Leesburg, gives us the ability to be in touch with local government within 5 miles of our home. The Villages which is the fastest growing city in Ameri-ca gives us the ability to go to any national eatery, mu-sic and entertainment venue with less than an hour drive.... Orlando and Walt Disney and theme parks are within an hour drive. Health care facilities are growing as fast as the Villag-es all around us giving us more choices for care. This weather has made our lives able to enjoy the sports we love outdoors, someone has made our lives a priority by giving us this here in Central Florida. My prayers get answered Lake County Eagles gives you a bond with many differ-ent friends from all over the world not just Florida. Thank you for being a part of the our Aerie. I believe we have the best of the best. Giving Thanks,
Jim Ross

Please remember that we are:
“People Helping People”
It would be greatly appreciated for everyone to
participate in the events that we plan. Without your
participation we cannot continue holding events. We
know that it is easy to sometime forget the rea-
son that Eagles exists, and just enjoy socializing,
and playing games..
Buying/Selling 50/50, and other tickets are an
important way of raising funds for our various
charities. We could use volunteers, even a day or
two per month would relieve those who always
step up, and get “burned out”” or discouraged.
Everything you do is greatly appreciated.
All Aerie members are always welcome to attend the
Monthy meetings: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each
month at 7 PM (see the Calendar for any changes).
Free snacks, after the meeting, for those who attned
the meeting , Please check the calendar, Website, or
Bulletin Board for events, and any changes.

A big Thank You for all those attending our event
where the Service Dogs for Patriots group explained how
they select and extensively train dogs to become a Companion,
Helper and Protector, at no cost, for their selected Veteran. Much needed
financial help was donated, and Our Auxiliary made a generous donation
with all net funds from their Male Review.

Thinking of that dream vacation for you & your spouse or maybe even including your family to come along?
Why not give me a call and see what trips are available out there for the coming year 2020?
I can give you some information about the latest and greatest cruises, both River & Ocean
or maybe an all-inclusive land vacation.
If you’re a single lady and love to cruise but not alone, come and hear about my new Cruising Gal Pals.
Are you tired of cruising the Caribbean? Want to see what your own county has to offer?
Why not cruise the American Rivers? Upper & Lower Mississippi, Ohio, Columbia & Snake, Puget Sound &
San Juan Islands, Grand New England Islands, Historic South & Golden Isles.
Ask me about American Queen Steamboat or American Cruise Lines.
