Explanation of Module Features & Restrictions Price Calculation:
Size (Area/Volume) = Option1 (Width) x Option2 (Length) x ….. OptionN Price Calculated = Size (Area/Volume) x Price Per Unit Total Price = Base Price + Price Calculated
Now by using above example of Product and Configurations,
Width = 5 Length = 5 Price per unit = 5 Base Price = 100
Area = 5 x 5 = 25 …. (Width x Length) Price Calculated = 25 x 5 = 125 …… (Area x Price Per Unit) Total Price = 100 + 125 = 225 …… (Base Price + Price Calculated)
Discount Calculation: When we added the product, we used some product attributes, let’s use those values to explain
Size = 15,50 Discount = 2,5 Discount Type = Fixed Measure By = Area
FME Extensions Pricing Calculator
10 User Guide www.fmeextensions.com
Here the Size and Discount are relative to each other. If the Size(Area) is 15 to 49 the discount will be 2. (fixed or percent) If the Size(Area) is 50 or greater the discount will be 5. (fixed or percent) Discount type can be fixed, or in percentage.
Area = 25 Total Price = 225 Discount = 2 ………. (As Area lies between 15-49)
Price = 225 - 2 = 223 ………. (Total Price - Discount)
