What ElseThere will be outdoor drive-through fl u & pneumonia vaccinations (weather permitting) for those who are unable to leave their vehicles.

We will also be offeringfree blood pressure screening.

There will be drawings for door prizes!

Please wear a short-sleeved shirt.

Lifespan does not vaccinate children under the age of 9.

If you miss our Extravaganza, we will also offer clinics at our offi ce (166 E. Goodale Ave, Battle Creek) on the following Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Prevent serious illness. The fl u causes over 200,000 people to be hospitalized each year in the U.S.

Protect other people. You should get a fl u shot if you live or spend time with people who are at high risk of complications from the fl u. Getting a fl u shot can help protect yourself and others you care about.

Why get a Flu Shot?

Who is most at risk?

Anyone 65 years and older.

People living in nursing homes, long-term care facilities, etc.

Persons with ongoing health problems such as asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, HIV/AIDS, and immune system problems.

Persons who live with or care for people at increased risk for complications, including health care workers and people living with children under 2 years old.

Pregnant women.
