The Feldmeier Cooker Cooler is a robust blenderfeaturing an outer scraped surface mixer and innercounter rotating turbines which provide gentle, but thoroughblending of solids and liquids. The 120 Degree conicalbottom aids in drainage and is fully jacketedwith a dimpled heat transfer jacket. Channelwall jacketeing is provided on thesidewall. The combination of agitation andjacketing provides the shortest possiblebatching times.

1) Separate scraper and turbinedrives for independent operation.Heavy duty Nord Gearmotors with:USDA approved oil, stainless steelpaint, stainless steel shafts, andsevere washdown duty coating.

2) Steep cone bottom foreasy evacuation of vesselcontents.

3) Heavy 14 Ga. welded dimplebottom and sidewall jacket. ASMErated for 150 psi @ 350°F.

4) Steady bearings on bothagitator shafts for long gearmotorlife.

5) Molded scraper blades designedfor complete CIP coverage. Uniqueblade attachment without the useof clips or pins.

6) Pitched Bridge and covers forfull drainage without puddling. Hingedcovers come complete with a gas springassist and safety latch. Covers have a welded drip lip to better contain CIP.

7) Removable baffle.
