HOW IT WORKS The system receives impurewater by gravity or pump into afeeder pipe at the top of theunit.The input water slowlyruns down the solar collector/evaporator being evenlydispersed. Solar energy heatsthe water, it vaporizes andthen condenses on the insideof the composite plastic panelenclosure. Droplets of distilledwater run down into a purewater outlet at the bottom ofthe unit.
Greater efficiency of purifiedwater output has beenachieved through the uniquedistillation system design. The design includescomposite layers of the watertight panel enclosure, thesurface treatment of the solarcollector.As well as allowingthe moist air to circulate thesolar collector to producecondensate on the interiorfront and back surfaces of the enclosing panel.
CAROCELL SolarWaterpurifier working at anambient temperature heatsthe input water causing avapour condensation changeprecluding all bacteria andpathogens, thereforeeliminating water bornediseases. Exposure to ultraviolet light and extreme heatfrom solar energy through theadvanced composite panelenhances the germ killingprocess.
