Conclusion
• We have proven that fast food chains do offer healthy choices on their menus, though some are unhealthy (eg. Fries), and the choice lies in the hand of consumers, that’s why we have to choose wisely and our reasons are as follow:
1. In recent years, fast food restaurants are increasingly more inclined to the healthier side. Examples are the introduction of apple dippers, more vegetables in McDonalds and corn cup.
• 2. However, unhealthy choices such as fries and soft drinks are still present. Knowing these foods pose a threat to our health, we should avoid extreme usage.
