Group Fitness Class Descriptions:
Senior Aerobics: This new and popular class combines fun and fitness through a variety of exercises. It is designed toincrease muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing withhandles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or support.
SilverSneakers®-Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) Have fun and move to the music through a variety
of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination. Participants willimprove their functional activities for daily living, physical fitness level, and sense of well-being.
Core & More: A great blend of two popular abdominal classes. We will alternate between Pilate’s moves and traditionalAbs moves to get your core in shape. This class will be primarily done on a mat and without shoes. Please bring yourown Yoga/Pilates mat if you have one!
Boot Camp: Come prepared to take your workout to the next level! Boot Camp workouts are a great way to get fit,lose fat, and have fun. This class focuses on full body fitness by incorporating a combination of cardio, strength,endurance, balance, and flexibility to challenge the body and get results.
Cardio Strength: Core strength, core stability, balance and focus. You will use a variety of equipment, medicine balls, bandsand more.
Pilates: A mind body work out that focus on strengthening the core muscles with emphasis on breathing.
Gentle Yoga: A kripalu style yoga class that includes strengthening, stretching relaxation and more.

Zumba®: fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will
blow you away.
All classes are subject to change.
All participants must be 12 years of age or older.
All fitness levels are welcome in every class. Inform the instructor if it is your first time participating.
