even marathon running.
AGILITYIt is the ability to swiftly change position.NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: surfing, shuttle running or paddle surfing
BALANCETo be able to keep a still body in a particular stance.NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: gymnastics
MUSCULAR POWERMuscles ability to form a quick explosive effort. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: baseball or cricket
