Today is the day of salvation. The Chileans are becomingdiscontent with religion. Yet, it is all they have ever known.

Working with Veteran Missionaries
There are 7 billion people in the
WORLD. I believe this fact does not
bother the God of the Bible. However, Ido do believe that the Lord God is
bothered when His people have not told
the world of His salvation. I am so
thankful to God for parents that took me
to church. Church was a place that I was
taught the Bible. I learned of my sin and
what would become my Savior.
How shall they hear without a
preacher? Every part of this world needs
a local church proclaiming the good
news. Every community, large or small
needs some blood bought people to live
and work among the lost. They dont
know the Lord. We must go and tell
them of Jesus.
Pray with us that the Lord will raise
up ch urc he s in ea ch of t he secommunities for the glory of His Name.
I cant state this enough. We are going to plant CHURCHES.
The ministry there in Chile has simply proclaimed the Gospel of
Jesus Christ in a clear and faithful manner. People have been saved.Churches started. The converts are then discipled to be a faithfulChristian in the work of the Lord. Then God has called men into Hisministry to be pastors. Just as I heard Bro. Jason Holt say, We cantunderestimate the power of the Bible.
Elizabeth and I have been friends with Jason and Lori for many years. We are excited about learning from them as we begin ourministry in Chile. The Holts have also started a language school inwhich we will be enrolling after our arrival to Chile.

Joshs Testimony
My testimony begins as myparents began taking me to church
from the time I was born. Romans
10:17 tells us that ...faith cometh
by hearing, and hearing by the
word of God. I was under the
faithful preaching of God's Word.
Because that preaching, at the age
of four years old I realized that I
was a sinner. My mother showed
me in the the Word of God about
the salvation that I had been
hearing about at church. It was atthat time, at the kitchen table of
our home, I trusted in Jesus
Christs finished work for my
salvation. Later in my life, at the
age of sixteen I surrendered my life
to preach the gospel. It was then
at Tabernacle Baptist College
where I surrendered my life to
missions.
Elizabeths Testimony
I was was not raised in churchthough my parents were saved.
With good parents that taught me
right from wrong, I was bothered
by the drugs at school that were
offered to me every day of myninth grade. I went to my parents
about this problem and they
enrolled me at Old Suwanee
Christian School, a ministry of
Old Suwanee Baptist Church. I
finished the last three years of high
school there. During that time I
was able to hear the preaching of
the Bible during chapel and classes.
I realized that I needed Jesus to be
saved. Right after I trusted Christ,
I became very interested in world
missions.
Our two oldest
Our two oldest children,
Hannah and Joseph have both
made a profession of faith in
Christ alone for their salvation. Be
praying that they allow the Lord to
work in their lives so they can be
equipped to serve the Lord. We
will continue to love and pray for
Olivia as we raise her under the
preaching of the Bible.
Please pray for our family
Thank you for praying for Josh,Elizabeth, Hannah, Josephand Olivia Ewing
As we travel to churches presenting our ministryPray for the health of each member of our family. Pray for safety on
the road. Our desire is to raise most of our support as close to our church
as possible, located near Atlanta, GA. We praise the Lord that most of
our support is within a six hour drive of home.As we prepare to move to Santiago, Chile
Moving can always be a difficult time. Moving countries is simply
complicated and time consuming. Pray with us about a smooth transition
to Santiago.
As we save money for our set up fundWe are still deciding whether to purchase household items in Chile or
here in the States. Shipments are not cheap however the cost of
appliances are much more expensive in Chile.
We are at 70% of ourneeded support. We praise the Lord
for how He prepares the way for us.
We would love to come and be with
the church in order that we may
share our burden for Chile. Call or
email me if you have any open
dates during which we could come.
Our goal is to be in Santiago, Chile
in October of 2012.

Our Ministry Past
and Future
Our hope is that those
saved and discipled inChile will be used of Godin a mightier way than us.
We pray the Lord will raiseup pastors, pastors wives, song leaders, lay christiansand missionaries. Thesame God that saved youand me is at work in Chile.
Pray that many will receivethe gift of salvation as wehave received it.
Elizabeth and I beganserving the Lord together
during Bible college atTabernacle Baptist Church. We were married 2 yearsinto our 4 years of collegethere in 2001. Aftergraduation in 2003 we wentfull time on deputation withMacedonia raising oursupport to go to Indonesia.
We moved to Indonesiain 2005 where we ministereduntil 2010. During the 4 years we lived in Indonesia,Elizabeth had problems withChronic Fatigue as well as ahormone imbalance. Theheat of Indonesia was verydraining on Elizabeth. Wecame back to the States in2010 during which time weprayed about the Lordsfuture plans for our lives.
It was during this time ofprayer that the Lord led us
to Chile. The climate ismuch milder than Indonesiaand the health care is morecomparable to that in theStates.
Our future ministryphilosophy can be found in 2Timothy 2:2. And thethings that thou hast heard

upon these churches the task ofproclaiming to a lost world theacceptance of Jesus Christ asLord and Savior, and theenthroning of Him as Lordand Master. Its scripturalofficers are pastors anddeacons. While both men andwomen are gifted for service inthe church, the office of pastor
