Reedisalsochargedwithfelonies,fleeingorevadingpolice(motorvehicle)andwantonendangerment,firstdegreewhenConstableDannyConradattemptedatrafficstoponReed.onDecember13,2013.ThefleeingandwantonendangermentchargesareClassDfelonies. JustinShearer,26,ofOldFoxRoadandMiChaelMiller,26,.ofJacquelineCourtwerenamedasco-defendantsintheMarch7,2013burglaryat523CantrellStreetinIrvine. Shearerwasindictedforseconddegreeburglary,receivingstolenpropertyunder$10,000,andcriminalpossessionofaforgedinstrument. Millerwasindictedforfacilitationtoburglary,seconddegree,amisdemeanor,receivingstolenpropertyunder$10,000,andforgery,seconddegree,bothfelonies. ChristyM.Henry,28,of530Broadway,Irvine,wasindictedforthreemisdemeanorchargesandonefelony. TheindicTmerntchargesHenrywithpublicintoxicationofacontrolledsubstance,disorderlyconduct,seconddegree,anddrugparaphernalia.Sheisalsochargedwithafelony,promotingcontraband,firstdegree.TheindictmentsstatesthatHenryhad11suboxonestripsinherpursewhileshewasbeingbookedintotheEstillCountyDetentionCenter. CheronnaHatmaker,38,andMichaelHickey,35,bothofClayCitywerenamedinaneightcountindictmentresultingfromatrafficstopbySturnioloonMarch22,2014. Thecoupleischargedwithtwocountsoftraffickinginacon-trolledsubstance,firstdegree,firstoffense(.5gramsmethamphet-amine in vehicle), and two counts of trafficking in a controlledsubstancewithin1,000feetofaschool.Theywerealsoindictedonmisdemeanorchargesoftraffickinginmarijuanalessthanoneoz.,possessionofdrugparaphernalia(rollingpapers,plasticbags,19sy-ringes,anddigitalscale),andillegalpossessionofalegenddrug(10neurotintablets). TheindictmentalsochargesHickeywithcarryingaconcealedweapon,amisdemeanor. DonnaStone,33,of3006thStreet,Ravenna,wasnamedinasix-countindictment.ShewasinitiallychargedMarch12,2014withtheftbyunlawfultaking(shoplifting)andpublicintoxicationofacontrolledsubstance,bothmisdemeanorcharges,atFamilyDollarinIrvine. The indictment also charges Stone with possession of a con-trolledsubstance,firstdegree(30mg.oxycodone),andpossessionofacontrolledsubstance,thirddegree(xanax)Shewasalsoindictedforpromotingcontraband, firstdegree.The indictmentstates thatStonehadxanaxinhersockwhilebeingbookedattheEstillCountyDetentionCenter. Theindictmentalsochargesherwithbeingafirstdegreepersis-tentfelonyoffender.Itstatesthatshehasbeenconvictedoftwopriorfelonyoffenses. GlennNewton,60,of372ChurchHouseHill, Irvinewas in-dictedfortwocountsoftraffickinginacontrolledsubstance,seconddegree, first offense.Newton’s indictment also chargedhimwithpossessionofacontrolledsubstance,firstdegree,firstoffense(30mg.oxycodone),andprescriptionofacontrolledsubstancenotinpropercontainer. An indictmentchargesRobertAdams44,of1178Wisemana-townRoad,Irvinewiththeftofacontrolledsubstance.Theindict-mentstatesthatonApril22,2014,AdamsfilledaprescriptionatRite-Aid forLortab thatbelonged toRhondaAdamswithoutherknowledge. JustinS.Roberts,25,of427AnnStreet,Irvine,wasindictedforreceivingstolenpropertyunder$10,000..Theindictmentalsocharg-esRobertswithbeingaseconddegreepersistentfelonyoffender.Itstatesthathehasbeenconvictedofonepriorfelonyoffense MchaelC.Friend,35,of309ElmStreet,Ravenna,wasindictedfortwocountsofwantonendangermentfirstdegreeandcriminalmischief, second degree. Friend was indicted for being a seconddegreefelonyoffender.Theindictmentstatesthathehasbeencon-victedofonepreviousfelony. StevenWayneGross,38,of108S.CourtStreet,IrvineandBrad-leyJ.Young,47,of102CourtStreetwerenamedasco-defendants.Theindictmentchargeseachofthemwithreceivingstolenpropertyover$500,lessthan$10,000andcriminalmischief,seconddegree. KyleE.Combs,23,ofLostCreek,Ky.wasindictedafterhisar-restataKSPtrafficcheckpointattheintersectionofHwys.82and89onApril12,2014. The indictment charges Combs with license to be in posses-sion, drugparaphernalia (rollingpapers), trafficking inmarijuana

(10pounds,14oz.intrunkofcar),twocountsoftraffickinginacontrolledsubstance,firstdegree,firstoffense(14.7gramsheroininbaggieand120Methadone10mg.tablets),tamperingwithphysi-calevidence(hidingbaggiewithmethadonepillsingrocerystore,carryingaconcealedweaponandseconddegreepersistentfelonyoffender.. Asix-countindictmentwasreturnedagainstKristenWhite,21,of2707DugHillRoad,Irvine.ItchargesWhitewithassaultthirddegree(spittinginfaceofpoliceofficer),assaultseconddegree(hit-tingJamesSparksinheadwithwhiskeybottle),menacing(placingpoliceofficerinreasonableapprehensionofimminentphysicalin-jury,disorderlyconduct,seconddegreeandresistingarrestonMarch3,2014. Anindictmentisanaccusation.Apersonremainsinnocentuntilprovenguiltyinacourtoflaw.
