1. Where is the cement? On the veneer or on the tooth?2. On the tooth? Poor bonding technique most likely cause.

On the veneer? Could be bonding technique, but individual differences in dentin density can make dentin hybridization impossible. Pictured above is a cotton pellet with 9% HFl left on the tooth (! DON’T TRY THIS !) for 30sec.
