Ordering Information
New Licenses
Orders for new licenses will be accepted now andscheduled for shipment by the program supplier now.
To order a basic license, specify the program number,feature number 9001 for asset registration, and theone-time charge (OTC) feature and the desired quantity(maximum 250) corresponding to the number of copies.Also, specify the feature number of the desireddistribution medium.
Product Support Charge (PSC): Customers can purchaseproduct support from the program supplier, which entitlesthem to defect support, product updates, upgrades,
enhancements, new releases, and extended warrantysupport as described in the e-Business Exchange Pte LtdLicense Agreement. The program supplier provides allprogram product services.
