The Mission EII is an effort to better serve small and
medium size enterprises and aspiring entrepreneurs. It markets, sells, and coordinates LCCC’s resources that support all businesses and entrepreneurial enterprises toward viability, growth, and sustainability. It embodies LCCC’s capacity to provide education and training programs, technology assistance, and business development services within Lorain County and northeast Ohio.

Greater awareness of, and access to, LCCC resources Increased utilization of LCCC resources by
entrepreneurs and small- and medium-size enterprises (businesses and organizations)
Increased services to large corporate organizations Increased revenue supporting non-credit public

Greater flexibility and sensitivity to market changes for public offerings
Better understanding of problems faced by entrepreneurs and established smaller enterprises
College resources work as seamless system to assist entrepreneurs and small enterprises resolve their problems and achieve opportunities
Design a marketing and sales strategy in promoting each others efforts
Eliminate or narrow cost recovery gap for LCCC as a whole through demand-driven program offerings
Develop coordinated data base of businesses and organizations served by LCCC (current customers) to facilitate campus-wide support of these enterprises
