The Definition of IQ, EQ and SQ
Intelligence Quotient (IQ) Is about logical thinking.a score on a test that rates the subject's cognitive ability as compared to the general population.
Intellegensi adalah keseluruhan kemampuan individu untuk berfikir dan bertindak secara logis, terarah, serta mengolah dan menguasai lingkungan secara efektif
Emotional Quotient (EQ) Is about feeling
“Your EQ is the level of your ability to understand other people, what motivates them and how to work cooperatively with them,”
says Howard Gardner, the influential Harvard theorist.
Spiritual Quotient (SQ)the meaning of life and ultimate values
• SQ is very difficult to define.Ingredients of SQ are integrity, intuition, compassion, empathy and knowing the limits of your knowledge.
• SQ can also mean unlearning what others have taught you; questioning life issues; thinking laterally or outside the box; seeing situations and issues differently;
Learning Teaching Domains
Cognitive• Cog ni tive abil i ties are brain-based skills (based on spe cific neu
ronal net works or brain struc tures).
• we need to carry out any task from the sim plest to the most com plex.
• Cog ni tion has to do with how a per son under stands and acts in the world.
Affective• concerned with the beliefs, feelings and attitudes of students.
• Expert said Attitude can changed someone if they have high level cognitive
Affective Receiving atau attending( menerima atua memperhatikan)
Responding (menanggapi) mengandung arti “adanya partisipasi aktif”
Valuing (menilai atau menghargai)
Organization (mengatur atau mengorganisasikan)
Characterization by evalue or calue complex (karakterisasi dengan suatu nilai atau komplek nilai)
Psychomotor
• The focus is on physical and kinesthetic forms of learning. this domain can also involve communication skills, such as public speaking or computer charting abilities.
• it consists of five advancing levels that progress from basic observation and imitation to complete mastery of a physical skill:
Psychomotor
imitation (copy): observing and return demonstrating (under close supervision of instructor)
manipulation: following instructions and practicing
precision: performing the skill independently in a competent manner; few errors present
articulation: coordinating and modifying the skill; combining and resequencing
naturalization: performing the skill automatically with ease, on a consistently high level

• So… what is the relationships between those ESQ with Learning Teaching Domains ( cognitive, affective and psychomotor) and 13 entrepreneurial competencies for the students?
We should have initiative to learn by asking friends or lecturer
We should have systematic planning to finish our assignment in a tidy schedule,
We should be persistence to take a notes in the class,
We should have commitment to work contract when we joined organization
We can improve our self confidence by presentation assessment.
We should have problem solving when we don’t understand the assignment
We should give a high motivated persuasion to our team group finished the task
If we want to apply scholarship we should be an information seeker
To keep our moral value and the assertiveness of a Moslem, before we start our class we reciting The Holy Qur’an together
Our campus use an influence strategy that we should join BTA, PAI, KIAI or OSDI to keep learning about religious things with certificate guarantee
The Conclusion
All of those things are connected, they influence each other, one of them can’t stand alone, and each of them should be balance between one and another.
