VERBS COMPOUND
Phrasal verbs are idiomatic expressions that are formed by combining verbs with prepositions or adverbs. This results in new phrasal verbs with a very different meaning for individual verbs.
Phrasal verbs are distinctive to the English language. Also called 2 and 3-word verbs, they combine a particle (preposition) with a verb
