End of Year Performance Evaluation Process: Major Milestones
• 7/20/07: Final dates issued by PPM (posted on CAO website)
• 8/24/07: Employees submit input to Rating Official– Guidelines issued previously (see CAO website)
• 9/21/07: Rating Officials (RO) conduct Performance Evaluation Meetings (also applies to 5-Tier plans)– Guidelines issued previously (see CAO website)– Set FY2008 Performance Plans during evaluation meetings
• 10/01/07: FY2008 Performance Plans set (also applies to 5-Tier plans)
• 10/05/07: PPM receives all performance evaluations with employee written input and score and bonus recommendations
• 11/30/07: Employee Feedback meetings completed• 12/6/07: Performance raise/bonuses in paychecks (also
applies to 5-Tier “performance awards”)
