If a problem arises between two parties on site the
site manager should intervene & interview both
parties separately to ascertain what has\

If the situation couldnt be resolved without a
meeting where both parties were present the
chairman of the meeting would need to agree the
rules of the meeting before it started to avoid
any un-necessary confrontation!
