A. Context
In the context of integrating the ICTProfile for College Students into acourse, a discipline or a program,
InukTIC allows you to: edit a personalized profile, i.e. select the
elements of the ICT Profile that have beenchosen for integration;
assess students ICT skills and follow up onthem (Export results).

1. Log into your ITREP account by clickingon Log in.
To create an ITREP account, click here.

3. Educational institution: The institutionyou selected when registering will appearhere by default.
4. Profile: Choose between 1) create a newprofile, and 2) modify an existing profile.

5. Name your new profile so that it is easyto find among all the personalizedprofiles. For example:

1. Once the new profile is created, a tableappears that is the same as in the Findresourcessection. You can now check
the elements you wish to keep, anduncheck thoseyou do notwant to includein your profile. Le

2. Once you have finished, click on Save.3. The selected elements will appear in
theAssess your skills section.
4. The complete name of the personalizedprofile will be: InstitutionProfile name

When you uncheck a sub-skill in the Profile, all
declining sub-skills willalso be deactivated.
If I
uncheck

1. To test out your selected profile, clickonAssess your skills.
2. Select the profile you have just edited
by clicking on Change profile.

E. Exporting results
1. Choose a profile from the Create aprofile menu.
2. Click on Export results. This generates a
.csv document that will open in yourdefault spreadsheet program (e.g.Excel).

with occasional help 2

E. Exporting results
IMPORTANT
Only students who have chosen yourpersonalized profile at the time you
generate the report will appear in theExcel file.
Save the Excel file in the 2007 or 2010
version; the 2003 version has a maximumlimit of columns.
