Comments:na The professor should choose to cover a smaller amount of topics in more detail. Rushing through the
lectures at the end of the semester is not useful.

Comments:covered some topics very quickly in little depth There were a lot of topics, though. They were all
interesting and relevant, so I don't know which ones you could cut out. I really enjoyed the variety of topics
covered in this class. However, I think we might have covered them a bit too quick.
The level of the textbook was appropriate.

Comments:It would be nice if the outlines were a little cleaned up. There were lots of typos and sentence fragments,
which made it difficult when the time came to study from them. The outlines helped keep me organized and on
track. I would have preferred and actual powerpoint. The outlines were a little difficult to follow in some
places. They were useful, but I would much rather prefer powerpoint.
Having figures and condensed portions of the outline on PowerPoint presentations wasappreciated.

Comments:First course I have had with such a format. These were useful. For future purposes I would
post the powerpoint in addition to the outlines. That way it's easier to relate a picture (which is not in the outline) to the
text.
Having applicable test questions from the last five years on each outline helped for learning and forstudying for tests.

Make a statement about attendanceCertain topics needed explanation beyond outline. So, attendance was important. needs to be more engaging
in lecture so attending is more profitable I attended every lecture. Having the podcasts posted on the website was
helpful in case I didn't get everything in class. I feel that you get more out of class and the professors history in the
field if you attend class regularly. Attendance was a necessity in this class. I showed up to most of the
lectures. i attended almost all of the lectures and felt they were very helpful! dr. stark has a distinct way of teaching
and i found it easy to learn. i ...

Make a statement about the relevance of SLU’s 5 dimensions to this course and its assessmentFits well The first dimension, Scholarship and Knowledge, definitely applies. It's hard to see how the
other 4 are relevant. Fulfilled all dimensions Yes. -
Are there any topics you would like to be added to the syllabus in future years?na No. No No. i loved the material on the final exam (memory, learning, neuroendocrinology)
and would prefer if we had the chance to learn more details about these subjects.
Are there any topics you think should be reduced or eliminated?na They were all interesting, but again, it was a lot. It felt rushed toward the end. No I would try
to focus more in depth on a smaller quantity of subjects rather than flying through a lot in information.
