– Accor hotels Jakarta: GMs and CEs + 3 employees (choosen by each GMs) of each hotel;
– Atfac: Pak Tonton + kids (number TBA);

The Project• Propose a renovation plan for the new house to be fitted,
keeping as a benchmark the current level of comfort of the actual house;
• Have all Accor properties in Jakarta committed to the renovation plan:– Financing;– Acting: Accor technical team with chief engineers and
team carrying forward some selected renovation tasks;
– Acting together: carrying forward some selected renovation tasks during the celebration of EGD on April 28, 2010

Task – Walls• Tasks and areas identified as potentially carried on
during the Accor Earth Guest Day:– Team 1 composed of 20 pax: removing the actual
paint on walls of Classroom + Computer Room + Administration and library
– Team 2 composed of 5 pax: removing debris and dusting the walls (support team 1)
– Team 3 composed 5 pax of: preparing and applying fillers on cleaned walls
– Team 4 composed of 20 pax: cheaping walls and removing plaster on humid walls of Clinic + Kitchen + Bath Room + Musholla
– Team of 5 pax: removing debris and dusting walls (support team 4)

Team organization / Safety / Time-frame
• Each team is having one (1) leader who is controlling the realization of the tasks
• Each team is to be organized based on areas to be covered, respecting basic safety rules: do not work with colleagues below
• Realization of tasks can be programmed on a 2 to 3 hours timing.
