• 1995: Charleswood Bridge• P3 Committee struck in 2007 to evaluate
potential projects• Deloitte & Touche LLP (Deloitte) engaged to
review delivery of several capital projects including rehabilitation of the Disraeli Freeway
• Business case and preliminary value for money analysis carried out
• May 2008: Council authorized the Public Service to proceed with the Disraeli Bridges Rehabilitation Project as a DBFM
