Director, Product Marketing- Revenue Cycle Management

Connance is seeking a talented product marketing leader to create and sustain a differentiated message and positioning for our suite of predictive analytics and cloud-based software technology. Working under the general direction of our VP of Marketing, the Director of Product Marketing will play a critical role in positioning our products the right way, to the right people because they have a deep understanding of our target customer profiles and motivators, and how our products can fulfill their needs.

The Director of Product Marketing must understand the rapidly changing financial and operational challenges facing revenue cycle operations in the healthcare provider market and successfully blend market, customer, and competitive understanding to help drive the value and differentiation of our solutions to prospects, customers and industry influencers.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing content and resources for our revenue cycle products and overall platform to drive and expand awareness, subscribers, and leads

• Position products and services competitively within the market including packaging, positioning and pricing as necessary for different segments

• Perform competitive research and analysis to help develop go-to-market strategies and content that ensure best practices to optimize our sales process and lead management

• Track and monitor the healthcare revenue cycle market trajectory, emerging trends, competitor strategies and potential prospect needs to evolve messaging and positioning

• Partner with Sales to analyze their needs to create compelling sales trainings and collateral to continuously optimize and advance the sales process and communicate value proposition

• Work closely with Product Management and Client Deployment teams to influence the product roadmap planning by understanding new capabilities that can be leveraged to evolve the positioning of Connance solutions and contribute to on-going product evolution and development

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field • 5+ years of experience creating market messaging and positioning within healthcare, specifically

revenue cycle management required • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry and revenue cycle

management, including key trends and industry shifts • Strong background in messaging complex products, impeccable writing, communication and

presentation skills with a talent for establishing competitive differentiation • Confidence in interacting with all levels of product and marketing leadership to drive a point of

view around the future of the product and go-to-market campaigns • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and conduct detailed, substantive market and product research

in order to understand our products, competitor’s products, and the market we inhabit • Experience with analytics, both predictive and retrospective preferred
