Summary : What’s difference?
1. Background :
– rapidly increasing prevalence of HF (esp. aging)
2. Compared with other registries
– relatively young (mean 69 years old)
– high rate of de novo HF: 52.1%
– low incidence of hypertension and CAD
– low BP at admission
3. Outcomes
– in-hospital mortality (≈5%) with low 90-day mortality rate
– Similar effect of Cr, SBP, BMI and serum sodium level
– low Use of BB at discharge.
