Enter all fields , then, when it asks if YOU WANT TO PRINT LETTER?

SAY YES!!!

Letter will be printed with address and you should sign this, put in envelope withyour name on return and Medicine and leave it in the wire bin in room 4W6NO STAMP NEEDED!

• You can use the APCS ACM email for the following scheduling issues– Overbooking/scheduling from In-patient side for

post discharge visit– Schedule soon Specialty Visits with approval

from fellow (otherwise routine is fine)– Schedule your Special Sessions, Team F/U Visits– Overbook to you if there are not open slots (they

can also help book into lighter days rather than book into a day that is already overbooked)

Choose “Confidential” & Request a “read receipt”

• You can ask any PCA or floor clerk to pre-view your clinic panel? (or print it out for you in advance)

• Write a WORK NOTE from Quadramed? (notes field)

• You can order a “return visit” for a particular MD/DO instead of/in addition to the z-out– RTC in…


DID YOU KNOW….

• That you don’t have to see a patient to follow up with them regarding abnormal labs etc?

-order labs, call patients to get the labs done, f/u on phone if indicated


DID YOU KNOW…?

• AC clinic appts can be made by the clerk on the InPatient side. They have been trained and there are 6 slots reserved daily for these. Please let Dr. Ward or Dr. Astuto know if you are having trouble with this.
