Dictating Numbers 0 - 20

Create numbers 0 – 20 by saying Force Num before saying the number

For Example Force Num 1 <pause> Tab <pause> Force Num 2 <pause> Tab <pause>

(Dragon users can use the Number Mode or say Force Num before the number)

Create numbers above 20 by saying the number

Dictating Decimals and Fractions

Create decimals by saying 4 Point 8 to generate 4.8, etc.

Create fractions by saying 1 Slash 3 to generate 1/3, etc.

Create a 5 x 4 Table and dictate the following numbers:

Dictating Dates

Create dates by saying them like you normally would say them

April 1 nineteen eighty-six to generate April 1, 1986 or

April first nineteen eighty-six to generate April 1, 1986

Create dates in all numeral format by saying them with slashes

4 slash 1 slash 86 to generate 4/1/86

Dictate the following dates:

Create phone numbers by saying them like you normally would say them and pausing where the hyphens go
