• In 2017, we are planning to release theremaining spectrum of E-GSM, 1800 and 2100MHz band as follows:
• Government of Bangladesh has declared 4Glicense to be issued by the end of 2017.

• After completion of upcoming spectrumauction, other prime IMT bands like 700 and2600 MHz are planned to be released in nearfuture, depending upon the market demand.
• Right at this moment, the development ofecho system in 700 MHz and 2600 MHz bandis not economically feasible to deploy in acountry like Bangladesh.

Spectrum Assignment Method• In Bangladesh Spectrum is assigned either through
auction or through administratively renewal process.• A fee, called Spectrum Acquisition fee is being
charged during assignment of spectrum. This fee hasa base price and varies accordingly.• Annual Spectrum Fee is the yearly fee on spectrum
to be paid by the operators quarterly. This Fee iscalculated using the following formula:Spectrum Charges in Taka= STU X CF X AF X BF X BW
