Signing up to Deutsche Wealth Online APAC
• Please make a request through your relationship manager via the Online Services Application Form. Your relationship manager will assist you with the application to attain the access.

• iOS: v12.1 and above
• Android: 6.0 Marshmallow and above
• iPhone models: 6S, 6S Plus and above
• iPad models: Pro, Mini 2, Air and iPad (5th and 6th Gen) and above
3 easy steps to log in
Desktop: Enter https://deutschewealthonline.db.com
1. App: Scan QR code or enter “Deutsche Wealth Online APAC” in Apple App Storeor Google Play Store.
2. Log in with the Username and One-Time Password, and follow the instructions to register your device using the Authorisation Code sent by post to your registered address or via SMS based on your preference registered on the Deutsche Bank Online application form.
3. Re-log in with your new password, and input your device PIN to view further information.

Signing up
• If you are an existing user with RSA token, please log in with your Username and password.
You will be prompted to replace the RSA Token to a Digital Token.
• If you are a new user:Please request through the Deutsche Wealth Online Application Form for login access. After enrolment, 3 mailers will be mailed to the address provided on the form:
• Username• One-Time Password• Authorisation Code1
You will be prompted to change your password when logging in for the first time.

Download and install Deutsche Wealth Online APAC on your device.
Log in with your Username and One-Time Password provided in the mailers
Set your new password.
Accept “Online Service Terms” and “Privacy Statement”.
Set your device PIN, and your device will be registered.

Update Deutsche Wealth Online APAC on your smart device.

Accept “Online Service Terms” and “Privacy Statement” to continue. (If there are changes to the Terms and Conditions.)
Register the Digital token to your device with the Passcode generated from your RSA Token.

Log in with your Username and password on the non-registered device. Application prompts to register the device.
Enter your device PIN and the OTP is generated.
Register the Digital token to your non-registered device with the OTP generated from the registered device.

How do I change my login details?
• Please note that the Username cannot be changed.
• If you would like to change your password, go to the “Change password” option in profile menu.
• If you would like to change your PIN, go to the “Change device PIN” option in profile menu.
What is my contribution to security?• Do not use untrustworthy devices for online banking.
• Do not disclose your personal login information to untrustworthy, little-known or suspicious web sites.
• Lock your computer when unattended.
• Avoid downloading or installing any files or programs from unknown sources on your mobile phone.
• There is a ‘jailbreak’ detection enabled in Deutsche Wealth Online APAC App and the App will not work on phones, tablets which have been jail broken.
• Deutsche Wealth Online APAC also provides for Fingerprint Touch-ID/Face-ID for first factor Authentication. However, Users are advised that all the fingerprints registered on the phone will be allowed to log in into the App.
What is a Fingerprint ID or Face ID?
• Fingerprint Touch-ID or Face ID for first factor authentication is enabled for the App.
Why should I always log out?
• The log out ends your e-banking session and prevents any unauthorized access to your data and performing fraudulent transactions.
• Auto logout feature becomes active after 15 minutes of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access.
My account was hacked, what do I do?• Escalate the security issue to your relationship manager to
allow us to investigate:
• Change your password through profile settingsimmediately if you are able to access.
• If you unable to access, please initiate a password reset.
I forgot my password or PIN, what do I do?
• Please contact your relationship manager to have your password or PIN reset.
I have received an error message“blocked”, what do I do?
• Contact your relationship manager, so that he can initiate to unblock the account or reset the password.

Click on “?” (Tool Tip button) next to “Password” to access the link for resetting your password.
Provide your Username and registered email. Click on ‘Send Reset Code’.
Enter your 6 digit device PIN to proceed.
4 Setup a new password for the account. A strong password is recommended.
5 Upon successful reset of password, a notification will be sent to your registered email confirming the password changes.

How often are the Portfolio Market Value and other prices updated?
• The portfolio market value and other transactions data is updated at the end of immediate preceding business day. Usually the last date of update is displayed on the top of the Portfolio Screen inside the App.
What are the exchange rates applied in the currency conversions in the App?
• The exchange rates are applied with respect to the base currency of SGD if your branch is Singapore and of HKD if your branch is Hong Kong.
What is Portfolio Consolidation?
• Portfolio Consolidation is a unique function in the Deutsche Wealth Online APAC App which provides the user a consolidated view across multiple Portfolios. This gives an aggregated view of the Market Value and other information across multiple Portfolios associated to the login.
How far back can I see my statements?• Three years statements are available.
How far back can I see my transaction history?• Two years transaction history is available.
Why can’t I download the app?
• Please check the minimum device and software requirements.
Which assets are included in Maturities?
• Maturities are available for FX Forwards, MMT deposits, Bonds, Loans and DCF.
• Structured products are excluded due to the differing nature of the products and the difficulty to standardize the feed for structured products.
How to download account information online?
• Click on the Report icon on the Quick Access Menu to access the following reports:
• Portfolio statement
• Transaction history
• Daily statements
• Advice & Correspondence
Do I still have access to the tool when offline?
• No, DWO APAC requires internet connectivity to have access.
Can I nickname my accounts?
• No, it is not possible to give names to your accounts.
I’ve recently changed my phone and my Digital Token is removed, what should I do?
• Please contact your relationship manager. We will initiate the issuance of the Authorisation code for the new digital tokenregistration.

What should I do if the webpage does not load or screen freezes?
• Check your network connectivity and restart the device.Launch the App and check again.
• If that doesn’t work, check if latest version of the App is installed.Refer to the minimum app requirements on the App store.
• Check whether your other personal device is facing a similar issue. If the issue persists, please contact your relationship manager and include a screenshot of the error.
Is the information real time? If not, what is the last update?
• It is as of end of immediate preceding business day.
Why is all data shown in the reference currency?
• All positions are shown in the reference currency for consistency.
• Reference currency can be changed through the Profiles option on the Navigation Menu.
Are the numbers shown official or unofficial?
• Unofficial. Official numbers are only published through the month-end portfolio statements.
Who do I contact if I require assistance?• Please contact your relationship manager in case of any
queries.
If I request a callback when will my relationship manager respond?
• Upon placing the request, a notification will be sent to your relationship manager who will respond at their earliest convenience. If your request is urgent please call your relationship manager directly.
How many callback request can I place a day?• You can place one callback request per day.
What can I see in my notifications?
• Available notifications include upcoming maturities, recent CIO content and month-end statements. Notifications are available in-App only.
Please be reminded that you should:
– destroy the original printed copy of the Mailers;
– not allow anyone else to use your password or PIN
– never write down the password or PIN on any device for accessinge-banking services or on anything usually kept with or near it; and
– not write down or record password or PIN without disguising it
