The Faculty Lecture Series is designed to foster
a presence in the community with other
professionals and students by showcasing the
scholarly development of faculty members
within the Department as well as select students
from the Bachelor of Social Work and Master
of Social Work Programs.
The Faculty Lecture Series’ aim is to present
and promote the scholarly developments and
interests of the Faculty members and students.
In presenting the results of their research, the
Lecturers will share the enthusiasm and
dedication that sustains their creative energies.
The Lectures and preceding social exchanges
are intended to be recurring occasions for
members of the University and community to
interact and strengthen their sense of unity.
These periodic gatherings will help the
participants to not only recognize the university
as a unique institution in culture, its community
with scholarly roles and contributions that go
beyond, but at the same time enhances, its own
educational programs by compelling individuals
to assess their own interests and skills.
