Mr. & Mrs. Parameswaran have submitted a letter of request in respect of obtaining adeeming by-law for the above noted lands in order to increase the total property size.The lands were purchased privately and are both owned by Mr. & Ms. Parameswaran.
The Parameswarans have the option of obtaining the services of a lawyer to deem thelands or by filing a letter of request with the municipality to enact a deeming by-law andsubmitting the administration fee of $300.00.
The administration of $300.00 has been received.
The Protective & Planning Services Subcommittee recommendation is that themunicipality prepare the by-law on behalf of Mr. and Ms. Parameswaran.
