W LTP s tanda rd , ra the r than the o ld NEDC s ys tem . So w hile the pe rm it te d le ve l o f em is s ions

hasn 't changed, the te s t me thod ha s .

The W LTP te s ts a re s upp lemented by RDE (Rea l Driving Em is s ions ) te s ts on the road. The se a re

de s igned to che ck tha t ca rs a re no t p roducing s ign if icant ly more po l lu t ion in re a l-w o rld cond it ions

than in the labo ra to ry, and to make it more d iff icu lt fo r a manufa cture r to chea t the te s ts .

Mos t pe t ro l ca rs can be conve rted to run on LPG. Th is invo lve s

can then run on LPG w he re ava i la b le , o r on pe t ro l i f you s t rugg le to
