Due to the lack of space to store artwork, all student work must be removed from the
College by the last day grades are submitted to the registrar each semester.
Students should refer to the Colleges website for up to date information concerning
academic and campus regulations. Students are responsible for familiarizing themselves
and complying with all College policies, procedures and regulations as well as specific
Program regulations as distributed.
Students who conduct activities involving human or animal participants must first
consult with their course instructor. If the proposed activities are deemed to be primarily
research, prior approval of the Research Ethics Board will be required.
Information on Research Ethics, including common questions and answers may be found
on the ACAD webpage at the following link:

Counselling is available to full and part-time registered students to help cope with any
stressors, enhance emotional and psychological wellbeing, and support you to succeed
while at ACAD. Issues do not need to be related to school, nor do they need to be severe
in nature. In fact, with early intervention, there are generally more options to resolve con-
cerns. Emergency or crisis situations will be seen as soon as possible.
After-hours emergencies are encouraged to call 911 or the 24-hour crisis line at
403-266-4357.
Except in rare circumstances, all information (including the fact that you have even
attended an appointment) is kept strictly confidential. Please contact Jason Bauche,
