This program has been designed for individuals to develop their skills and knowledge
across a wide range of real estate functions across both sales and property
management. It is anticipated the participants would be professionals who display
some of the knowledge and practical skills in some if not all areas in real estate.
Participants would display a capacity for growth, take pride in their work, self-directed
and inquisitive.

implementing and monitoring their own workload. They will use communication skills
to support individuals and teams to meet organisational requirements and completing the workplace learning during the study. As well as assuming responsibility for their own
performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support
to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the
output of their team.
Additional Support
Skilled up provide the Language, Literacy and Numeracy support.
Additional individual tutorial will be provided on request. Academic workshop will be conducted to support the assessment understanding
Participants should also be able to successfully complete assessments at an AQF
level 4 for certificate IV qualification.
Skilled Up will assess participant’s language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) level, prior
to course enrolment, to ascertain their readiness and determine any
support requirements, to complete the qualification.

RPL
The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process is offered to participants as an
alternative to the written Assignment, and Workplace assessment, it involves
participants gathering evidence against a checklist of suggested evidence for
individual units, RPL checklists have been developed and are assessed by each unit’s
respective trainer. Learners can submit a portfolio of recognition of prior learning
(RPL) evidence to the assessor for assessment relevant to the unit of competency.

Entry Requirements and Selection Process
LLN: Skilled Up will assess participant’s language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) level, prior to course enrolment, to ascertain their readiness and determine any support requirements, to complete the qualification. The ACSF level 3 require for entry in Certificate IV in property services (real estate).
Age: Must be 18 plus at the time of commencement
Qualification: N/A.
Residency Status: You will need to be a permanent Australian resident/Citizen or
