COMPUTERIZING THE ID CARD FOR KOYA

ABSTRACT
To leave the old system of ID card which is paper base system, the computerizing ID card is proposed for Koya city as a sample in
Iraqi cities. The system can process the registration, information storage/update and it’s revelation to produce fully computerize of
ID card. The system will helpful to extract the knowledge about the population ,gender growth. Although the statistical data for
any other purpose can be analyzed. To application this new system a designed database system with the SQL Server 2008 R2 and
C# programming language are used.
INTRODUCTION
A national ID card is an identification document given to the
citizens of a country by their respective governments as a mark
of citizenship. The most common way for computerizing the
paper based systems such as the national identification system
is designing database system, in which it is a well-organized
collection of data that are related in a meaningful way, which
can be accessed in different logical orders.

This System has the following features:
• Made processes computerized to reduce human errors, increase the efficiency and is to
lessen human efforts.
• Provide Gender growth prediction for the city
• Provide Indication of rate of rise for population of the city daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
